Nancy Ceja has worked for the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle (BGCNR) for four years. She began as a Youth Development Professional helping students develop academically and socially through activities that she created for her group. Her passion for teaching demonstrates that she is capable of designing programs and impact not only students but staff. As Site Director of the Trinity After school Program she has planned, developed, and managed program implementation for all club members. Nancy is also managing all of our School-Aged Child Care (SACC) licensed programs, ensuring that those programs remain in compliance at all times.
As Site Director of BCG Trinity, Nancy has molded her site to fit not only the members’ and staff’s interests, but also her area of strength - the arts. Nancy and staff have organized plays, talent shows, dance competitions, and art exhibitions in the last four years. She believes that every child is capable of CREATING and so, she encourages her staff to inspire creativity and encourage self-expression in their lessons no matter what program they are facilitating.
