Keystoning is BGCNR's most dynamic teen program. It affords teens an opportunity to gain valuable leadership and service experience. They conduct activities in three areas: academic success, career exploration and community service.
This unique leadership development experience provides opportunities for Remington teens ages 14 to 18. Annually, BGCA hosts the National Keystone Conference, a character and leadership development conference for Boys & Girls Club teens that brings together members from all across the globe. This year, Keion Jones (16) and Bianca Harris (15) have been selected for the 2016/2017 National Keystone Conference Steering Committee. Throughout the conference, Keystone members engage and socialize with peers, explore relevant issues, and develop skills to support and enhance efforts in their local Boys & Girls Clubs and communities. Keystone at Remington is just getting started and we are planning on growing.
Our largest teen population is currently located at the Remington Unit.
